1/2 cucumber, seeded and julienned

1/4 red onion, sliced

Method of Preparation

Mix tuna, mayonnaise, Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce, scallions, and almonds together until combined. Lay a tortilla on a cutting board and place spinach, cucumber, and red onion in the center of the wrap. Top the vegetables with 3 tablespoons preapred tuna salad. Roll tightly and slice in half before serving.
