Method of Preparation

Prepare kimchi coleslaw by mixing together green cabbage, kimchi, and Fresh & Easy Coleslaw Dressing. Refrigerate until serving. Mix together ground beef, garlic, and scallions. Shape beef into patties. Preheat grill over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Grill burgers to desired doneness: 140°F for medium. Grill buns if desired. Remove burgers from grill and brush with Korean BBQ Sauce. Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce and kimchi coleslaw.
