8 bibb lettuce leaves

¼ cup sliced cucumber

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Method of Preparation

Trim and slice chicken. Marinate in Korean BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes. In a small saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions. Stir in rice vinegar, cilantro, and carrots; set aside. Heat Hickory Smoked Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken. Sauté for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through: 165°F. Serve rice and chicken on lettuce leaves. Top with cucumber and sesame seeds.
