Method of Preparation

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes or until tender. Add turkey and cook until completely browned. Add Taco Seasoning, beans, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in corn; cook until heated through. Serve with toppings such as sour cream, scallions, cilantro, jalapenos, or shredded cheese.
