Method of Preparation

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots; sauté until onions are translucent. Add the vegetable broth, coconut milk, and Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. Bring to a boil. Add lentils and continue cooking for about 20 minutes more until both carrots and lentils are tender. Puree soup until smooth. Serve with more Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce and cilantro if desired
