Method of Preparation

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and carrot and sauté for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
