Method of Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Skewer the meat and veggies alternately onto metal grilling skewers or wood skewers soaked in water to prevent burning. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and cooked through: 165°F.
