6 slices ham

2 cups sliced roasted red peppers

6 slices provolone cheese

2 cups cooked chopped broccoli

1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil

1/4 teaspoon Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Prepare So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough according to package directions. Roll out to a 12x14 inch rectangle. Spread mozzarella cheese over the entire dough, leaving a 2-inch edge on one of the shorter sides. Top with ham, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, and broccoli. Starting with the opposite short side, carefully roll dough towards the side with 2-inch edge. Tuck dough on sides under the Stromboli, pinching to seal shut. Carefully transfer to the parchment lined sheet pan seam side down. Use a knife to cut a few slits along the top of the Stromboli. Brush with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and season with Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic. Bake for about 40 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to serve.
