Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F. Unfold thawed puff pastry sheet out onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Fold the edges of the puff pastry over ½-inch to create a crust. Press with fork tines to seal. Spread Sherry Wine Jam over the puff pastry. Layer pear slices over the jam. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Garnish with rosemary and cracked pepper. Drizzle with honey.
