Method of Preparation

Cook bacon in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Leave 2 teaspoons bacon grease in the skillet. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 second or until golden brown. Add butternut squash puree, chicken broth, and milk; stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes or until pasta and broccoli are tender. Stir in Kids Cheez Blend until completely combined. Stir in bacon. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Can be served with shredded cheddar.
