1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 teaspoons Blazin’ Buffalo Blend

1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil

4 hoagie rolls, toasted if desired

1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

Method of Preparation

Make blue cheese dressing by mixing together blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and California Style Garlic Pepper Blend; refrigerate until serving. In a bowl combine the shrimp and Blazin’ Buffalo Blend. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a skillet over medium heat, add shrimp and cook on both sides until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat. Serve shrimp on rolls with prepared blue cheese dressing shredded lettuce, and diced tomato.
