1 package Corn Bread Mix

1/2 cup low fat milk

2 large eggs

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat 2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add onion and ground pork; sauté until pork is completely browned. Stir in zucchini, corn, and diced tomatoes. Season with Italian Sausage Seasoning. Remove pan from heat. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Corn Bread Mix, milk, eggs, and remaining ¼ cup Natural Grapeseed Oil. Pour evenly over the skillet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the corn bread is golden brown.
