1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil

1 yellow onion, diced

1 cubanelle or green bell pepper, diced

1 (14.5 ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes

1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chilies

2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Method of Preparation

Prepare grits according to package directions. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and Gourmet Sea Salt: Smoked. Turn off heat and cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper and sauté for about 7 minutes or until onion is soft and translucent. Add diced tomatoes, green chilies, Cajun Seasoning, shrimp, and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine, reduce heat to medium, and cover. Cook for 8 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque. Serve shrimp on top of cheddar grits.
