Method of Preparation

Season pork loin with Scampi Blend. Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a deep 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Sear pork on all sides and remove from skillet. Add the white wine, and use a spoon or spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan and release any brown bits stuck to the bottom. Return pork to the skillet, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes or until completely cooked through: 145°F. Transfer pork to cutting board to rest. Whisk flour and Garlic & Herb Blend into the wine in the pan until smooth. Whisk in cream and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Slice pork and return it to the pan.
