1 teaspoon Natural Grapeseed Oil

1/2 teaspoon Opa! Greek Seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 romaine hearts, chopped

2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 cucumber, quartered lengthwise then sliced

1/2 red onion, chopped

12 pepperoncini

2 teaspoons dill

1/2 cup Greek Vinaigrette

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with Natural Grapeseed Oil, Opa! Greek Seasoning, and salt. Spread on a foil lined sheet pan; bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Toss romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, and dill with Greek Vinaigrette; top with roasted chickpeas.
