2 bell peppers, sliced

2 small onions, sliced

3 pickled cherry peppers, diced

1 teaspoon Wildtree Garlic Galore

1 teaspoon Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Blend

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

8 hotdog buns, toasted

Method of Preparation

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage links and sear on all sides until golden brown. Transfer to a cutting board. Lower the heat to medium, and add the Grapeseed Oil to the now empty skillet. Add the bell pepper, onions, and cherry peppers. Sauté for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Slice the chicken sausages and then return to the skillet with the vegetables. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes more or until the sausage is completely cooked through. Add the Garlic Galore, Spaghetti Blend and tomato sauce; stir to combine. Continue cooking until everything is heated through, about 5 minutes more. Divide the contents of the skillet among the hotdog buns. Garnish with parsley if desired.
