Method of Preparation
In a re-sealable bag, coat chunks of beef in flour. Heat Grapeseed Oil in a non-stick saute pan on medium heat; brown beef. Remove beef and saute onion, leek, celery, and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
