1 cup bean sprouts

Method of Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season the shrimp, peppers, and bean sprouts with Fajita Seasoning. Saute shrimp and peppers on medium high for 2 minutes then add in the bean sprouts and cook until the peppers are tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Whip your eggs with the soy sauce and water. Once scrambled, add the remaining tablespoon of Grapeseed Oil to your pan and heat over medium high heat. Once hot, pour in enough egg to cover the bottom of your pan and prepare like an omelet without folding. Once all egg is cooked, assemble the omelet by evenly dispersing your peppers, shrimp, bean sprouts, cilantro, and green onion to each of the unfolded omelets. Drizzle Pad Thai Sauce onto each, fold in half, and serve warm.
